Network Partnership Manager

My client is a multi award winning, innovative entrepreneurial global business in its third year of trading. The business has matured and requires a full time Networks Partnership Manager (NPM) based in West London to develop, implement and manage the distribution partner network. The business has recently secured a significant level of investment, to continue to support it as one of the UK's fastest growing and most innovative companies. 

The Networks Partnership Manager will work with teams of highly experienced, successful senior management team who have previously built successful, entrepreneurial businesses as well as having a strong track record of working at the highest level in the corporate world. The Networks Partnership Manager will work with a number of entrepreneurial minded, talented and experienced and hard working professionals. The business works across Aid & Development; Asset Management; Delivery, Post & Ecommerce; Emergency Response; Exploration & Sport; Events; GIS; National Mapping & Government; Navigation; Property Search; Taxis and Travel. as you can see a truly global services company.

The Networks Partnership Manager :

  • Will be able understand and apply the right models to provide scale through to the business through this network

  • Have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing client solutions and implementation

  • Have a strong track record in channel management / network development or a clear transferable skill in partner development, marketing or account management. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with start up through the CXO’s or Corporate companies

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to motivate external and internal teams to deliver solutions on time. 

  • Have a strong understanding of technology and be able to explain the company’s products effectively to partners

  • Have experience of creative and effective incentives, processes, reports and metrics and the ability to use this data to influence and proactive, strategic decisions across the tier of the network

  • Have experience of creating their own toolkit and support mechanisms to help the team stay on top of the company’s technology.

  • The ability to use cases to increase market presence / share

  • Have experience of partner programs including working with resellers, distribution and implementation partners. 

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
