The company requires a Business Intelligence Analyst based in London with experience or exposure to Google Analytics; Sales force; App Annie; Hot Jar; iTunes connect; Google Play. The business is a market leader in "in vehicle navigation systems " having developed a plug-in API. It can be integrated into Mobile, Web and Server technology and is available for Android and IOS. The company currently works with customers in 170 countries worldwide. The company has significant market share in B2B market but wants to move in to the B2C market place. The company works across Aid & Development; Asset Management; Delivery, Post & Ecommerce; Emergency Response; Exploration & Sport; Events; GIS; National Mapping & Government; Navigation; Property Search; Taxis and Travel.
Key Skills:
• Excellent data mining and analysis skills
• Experience of identifying appropriate BI tools
• Experience of or a combination of : Salesforce, Google Analytics; Google Analytics; App Annie; Hot Jar; Google Play. iTunes connect
• Generating reports to be shared with both technical and non- technical colleagues
• Applying the outcome of the reports to: Aid the identification of the current strengths of the business both growth and limitations
• Aid business development team to identify sales opportunities within existing clients and new markets with a special focus on the B2C market.
• Commercial acumen
• Strong collaboration skills as the BIA will work with all core teams ( Sales , Marketing, Finance , Product, operations)
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Educated to degree level or equivalent

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work with and report to an experienced, entrepreneurial senior management team and at C- level.
